Our Processing Facilities

 

In Line Cooker 36' - With moving belt and top burners this cooker allows continual processing of products such as Burgers, Sausages, Grill Steaks, Stuffing Balls, Meat Balls, Whole Chicken Breasts, Chicken Strips, Liver Slices etc.

Flame Grill Brander - Our Flame Grilled Branding Wheel works by constant flame heating the branding wheel. The flame has direct contact with the product and so gives a unique flame grilled taste. Used for Burgers, Grill Steaks & Chicken.

Rotary Convection Oven - Allows racks of product to be cooked in a batch process, the convection oven allows a long slow cook to products such as Breads, Puddings, Roasting Joints etc.

Steam Jacketed Kettles - These steam jacketed cooking vessels allow us to cook Sauces & Bolognese, and allow us to blanch meats & cook Pastas.

Steam Cooking Cabinet - A walk-in steam cabinet allows us to cook racks of product. This is used for the cooking of Dumplings, Sous Vide and Thermoformed Pouches and Sleeved Patties such as Black Pudding & Doner Bombs

Nitrogen Tunnels - Moving Belts through Liquid Nitrogen allows Burgers or Sausages to be taken from 75c to -10c in less than 5 minutes. It also allows us to IQF bulk pack products.

Slicing & Dicing Equipment - The various slicing & dicing equipment used on site allows us to produce Sausage Coins, Sausage Halves, Sliced LIver, individually portioned Ready Meals and components, Black Pudding discs etc.

Sausage Fillers - Automated sausage fillers allow us to produce with both synthetic and natural casings, from Cocktail Sausages to 100cm long Sausage for rings.

Enrobers and Crumbers - for coating and battering products such as Croquettes.

In Short

Our In LIne cooker and Nitrogen Tunnels mean that we can process raw materials such as sausage or burgers, cook and IQF them with a total time from raw to cooked IQF in 15 minutes.

We can seal a muscle meat, add sauce, vacuum pack and cook in the steam cabinet for both individual portions and 2kg multi portion packs. Sous Vide provides an extended shelf life at chilled storage.

The Rotary Oven adds baking and roasting to our capabilities whilst our various Mixing and Forming equipment enables us to process anything from meats to dumplings and stuffing balls.
